I've been to this Starbucks so many times and I'm always greeted by friendly service and great drinks. Even when I had an order wrong one time, they were super speedy in fixing it, laughed with me, and every single person at the window is sweet. Hard to beat this place. There's a lot to be said for culture. Thanks all!

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I walked out of there yesterday asking myself if this was a real Starbucks?
First of all, it seems like everyone there had a bit of an attitude problem(except one girl that was talking to a homeless person while making tea, she was the only one that seemed nice and greeted us).
Secondly, this location does not except rewards and charged a normally $3.50 drink for $5 something...
not sure why can't we use the reward and not sure why the drink rang up more expensive than even the airport either... stay away... -

Great staff and location is great when commuting downtown. They got my order right the first time, which is impressive given all of my modifications for my celiac disease. I recommend this location.

I know it's new and the staff isn't likely properly trained yet, but this place was seriously understaffed on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The new staff needs to learn how to listen and move quickly. It really wasn't a great start. A lot of confusion and excuse making ensued. It's a nice store. The level of service should rise to its level.
